Our congratulations go to James, who learned that he has been awarded a prestigious Arkwright Engineering Scholarship to support his Sixth Form studies and his intention to read Engineering at University.
It was James' design of a rig to test a toothbrush's performance to establish its lifespan which enabled him to successfully pass the entrance exam, back in January. At a panel interview at Easter, he presented his GCSE Design & Technology Design project to the panel that awarded him the Scholarship.
We watch, with interest, to see how James progresses through his studies of A level Design & Technology at the School.
