Three boys were selected to take part in a relaxed and friendly Inter-School Public Speaking Competition at Sherborne Girls. The judges praised Gonzalo Otero Verdu (3e) for his talent as a storyteller in sharing a comic account of a disastrous family holiday. Casey Lee (3e) spoke clearly and confidently on his chosen topic of Aviation, demonstrating an impressive range of knowledge. The overall competition winner was Yan Taborov (L6f), who gave a remarkably assured and compelling presentation on The Dangers of Modern Food.
