ATCL diploma for Fourth Form pianist

Congratulations this week go to Ranco Liu (Sch.Mus 4e) on achieving his Level 4 ATCL (Associate of Trinity College, London) diploma on the piano.

"In the last few years we have seen an increasing number of pupils at Sherborne School taking ATCL diplomas—there were eight in the Upper Sixth last year on various different instruments and four with Distinction, including one Level 6 LTCL on the flute—but this is the first time that a pupil in the Fourth Form has achieved a diploma. We are all delighted, and Ranco is deservedly pleased with, and proud of, his tremendous achievement."
