Committing to Climate Change

At the same time as the COP26 conference in Glasgow, all the boys at School submitted at least one climate change pledge that they were going to commit to for at least a year. These included having meat free days/meals, turning off lights and phone chargers, buying less food products with palm oil and using more sustainable transport, to name a few.

Their pledges were written onto paper leaves and attached to this model tree kindly constructed by the Design & Technology Department. Lets hope this raises the boys’ awareness of the climate crisis and encourages them to be part of the change towards a more sustainable future.
